Rescheduling an already booked trip costs 40% of the trip fare. Rescheduling is only obtainable before the trip occurs.
Rescheduling is NOT obtainable when a trip has been missed. The Passenger will have to make a new booking.

Each Passenger is entitled to 10kg travel weight, any item above this weight provision attracts an extra charge.
